HAYS, Kan. -- Registrar Joey Linn of Fort Hays State University has released the names of 398 students who completed requirements for associate and bachelor's degrees in the fall 2010 semester. Those from Scott City earning their college degrees are: Stephanie Suzanne Booth-Varnado, B.S., technology leadership and Mildred Kay Dearden, Bachelor of General Studies.
