Take Time

We owe our prayers to those who serve in the military and also to their families.  We owe our thoughts to those now gone, who preserved our freedom through many conflicts in the past.  Bill and I personally have friends and classmates who are now in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other areas of this world.  Scott City has young men and women who are serving in many different places and in all branches of the military.  Please take time to remember.  Please take time to pray.  Please take time to appreciate your country and the opportunities preserved by those who have a higher calling--those who risk it all to defend our right to raise crops, teach, go to ball games, enjoy a night at the musical, travel, enjoy our families---and live freely.
